John A. Downey
I'm not sure I understand your question. Where did you get the info that he was a priest? The word "Father" on the stone defines his status in the family, not the priesthood. He is the patriarch of the family plot and his wife Anna is the "Mother" as her stone clearly states. The rest of the people in that plot (see large monument with all three surnames) are children of John & Anna, their spouses, and in-laws. Usually, the designation for a priest on his headstone would be Fr. John A. Downey, or Rev. John A. Downey, or just his name followed by the initials of the order he belonged to: Franciscans, Dominicans, Brothers of Charity, etc. He wasn't (to my knowledge) a priest. Just everybody's "Dad". May be another John Downey you're thinking of. Census records and death certificate both list this one's occupation as architect.

RE: Patrick & Mary Fewer, Dennis Fewer - Holy Cross - Butte, MT
Hi again. I made a run for it today as the weather is supposedly coming in. But good success. I found Patrick,Mary and baby as well as Dennis who died 1920, and a William H.Fewer d. 1929. They are all in a family block. I took a number of photos for you. Additionally there are two graves for Tim and Agnes Sullivan in this same family lot just in case they were related as well.

Patrick & Mary Fewer, Dennis Fewer - Holy Cross - Butte, MT
I have located Patrick and Mary at Holy Cross. There was another baby who died on Oct.9,1916 age 2 weeks. Also Dennis Fewer is on the HC block files but he's in the pauper section of the cemetery. This area is mostly untended with and without headstones...mostly without. I will look for both of these additional graves when I can get back to the cemetery again in a couple weeks. Pat

Use of my photos

Yes you may use my photos; but I do require that you source me as photographer and Find a Grave as their original location.

Thank you so much for being so considerate and asking permission...

We need your help! As we reach the final remaining photo requests at Calvary Cemetery, the photographers need an exact burial location since there are over 100,000 burials. Please call their office at (419) 536-3751 and then update the listing. Thanks!

RE: Hubers' at Calvary
I am fine either way. If you send me the information, I'll link the family members for you.

Best wishes,

Huber Family, Calvary Cemetery, Toledo
I went out to Calvary Cemetery this morning and tried to locate the Infant Hubert grave in Section 9. I did not find a headstone for the infant, but I did find a large number of Hubers buried together in the section who were not yet added to Find a Grave. So, I added about fifteen Hubers just now, including pictures. If you would like a photo of the family plot to represent the infant grave, let me know and I'll add it.

Best wishes,
Tom Edge
