SPILLANE gravestone photo
Thank you so much for taking the time to visit Gate of Heaven cemetery and finding my grand uncle and family's gravestone. It is greatly appreciated!

RE: Phinney

There are no more Phinneys. I am through all the older stones on
the north side of the cemetery. There are no Phinneys on the list
who have not been photographed. But I will obtain better photos of
Moses, Sally and Luther & Mercy on a sunny day. Yes, it has been
a long winter

RE: Phinney
You are truly welcome! I am really happy to have found them for you
I had forgotten about the many older stones in the north half of the
cemetery. I am going to go there one more time and try to get
perfect photos of the Phinney stones that didn't come out perfectly
There is a critical time for lighting because of a tree that is shading
Without the reflector, I could not see anything on Sally's or Moses
stones. When I go next time, I will finish photographing the cemetery

All the Best to you!

Yes, I can see how this is confusing.

I did not add Elnathan Close as Mary Young's spouse, rather the person who made the memorial for Elnathan Close added her as a spouse. (You'll notice that there is an "*" beside his name on her memorial.)

I suggest you click on "Elnathan Close" and contact the manager of that memorial - "sgclose1". Hope this person can answer your questions.

Good Luck!

By the way, this is the web address to Chipman Corner Cemetery transcript:

Edward Regan
I came across this Edward Regan, #107558320 in the Gate of Heaven Cemetery located in Hawthorne NY Westchester county. I bleieve this might be the Edward Regan that I am looking for but not 100% sure. Since you created the memorial would you happen to be related to him. I am helping my friend Bruce Regan with his tree. he has a Great granfather Edward Regan born abt 1867 in Irlenad and died 1937 in NY. he was married to a Mary McKarrick. If you can shed any light on this please do. Thanks
