|Cheryl Ayres||Re: Re: Ursula Wells Post Harvey Nutter Zumwalt|
I have found Ursula's son Walter, he has a memorial on findagrave & he died in Linn Co. Oregon. His death certificate is on the memorial. His parents are listed as John & Ursula (Lane) Post. I am going to change the maiden name because of this new information. It is possible she married 2 brothers John & Stephen, John 1st & Stephen after John's death. The 1850 census in Wisconsin surely suggest this for Stephen is listed last which is indicative that he was probably a brother-in-Law. Stephen is listed first on the 1860 census in Oregon, the surname is listed as Port instead of Post which is a transcription error. I hope this additional information is useful to you.

Her correct name is Edith. I had previously requested a photo under the name of Ethel Kronheimer. I'm very sorry for the confusion on the name.

You are very welcome, glad I could help.
I also thought the stone was touching. I hope people leave it as is. Obviously someone had a special reason for leaving it.
