RE: Wilkinsons at Harrison Methodist Church
Thank you so much for your reply. That is such a shame about the church and its records being destroyed in a fire. How old is the church? and was there ever a history of it compiled in the past? Thank you so much for offering to add your tombstone pictures to my memorials for the Wilkinsons. I'd love it if you would!
Best Regards,

Wilkinsons at Harrison Methodist Church
Dear Sedley Farm Girl,
I cannot begin to tell you how happy I was to see your memorials for my 4th great grandfather, William Wilkinson (1793-1870) # 127424014 and his second wife Drucilla Hampton # 127423944 and to see the tombstone photographs. I've never known where they were buried until I found your memorials!!! Do you know if there are any other Wilkinsons buried there? (It came as quite a surprise to me to find them in a Methodist cemetery, as I thought all the Wilkinsons were Presbyterians.)
Some years ago, I had made memorials for William and Drucilla, and I've put them in the proper cemetery....but I give credit to you on their memorials and say yours have pictures of the stones. I didn't want to delete the ones I made because they have all the family connections, etc.
My memorials are, for William # 57359482
and for Drucilla # 127423944
I can't begin to thank you enough for letting me know where they're buried!
Best Regards,
John (John Field Pankow)

Hey there! I saw on Ancestry that you attached the obit for G-Granddaddy. Do you have the whole thing you can send? I tried pulling it up from there, but no luck. Thanks. :)

I just read that your aunt was a Gwaltney. My g-grandmother was also a Gwaltney. She was Rosa Bell Gwaltney, b. Nov. 6, 1861, daughter of Joseph Bailey Gwaltney. I believe they were in Surry Co. Va.

I have been trying to find where she is buried. She married George Washington Moody in 1877. I have ran across two George Washington Moody's from that area but they are not the right one.

So I am just wondering if you know anything.

Thank you.

I see you took some photos in this cemetery March 2013. Any chance you have some that you haven't posted? I have some request should you go back there. Thanks Jan
