Hello Nancy,
Sorry it took so long to respond.... I looked at both Find a grave sites/regular US one/ and the Ohio site. Both looked like this below...I'm not finding an 1800 anywhere. Tell me more about which Strawn you are looking at....and for....I'll try to help. We may be cousins!! :)<
I'm trying to get our Strawn ancestors back to the ship Welcome. will soon turn these Jacobs in to the DAR to prove they were in the Rev War! :)

Thank you for your edit request. I can't find any documentation (death certificate, marriage certificate, obituary, etc.) that shows her middle name and maiden name. Could you please share your sources with me? Thanks.

I don't think the death of his mother has anything to do with his memorial page.

Must be missing something can you help?

Good morning, Nancy!

Yes, John Clayton Anderson's inscription is on the side of his parents' stone. His father is John Anderson Jacobs (#90294125); also on the face of the stone are Sally Ann (JC's mother) and Louise and Paul (JC's siblings).

The creator of the record may have more information, just such burial records for this cemetery. I don't, I'm afraid.

Good luck in tracking down where he really is buried!

RE: The Asquith Family
Hi, Nancy! Indeed we are related! I believe you're my 3rd cousin (daughter of Marjorie Asquith and Harry Culp Strawn?) My grandfather was Benjamin Harrison Asquith, son of John Franklin Asquith, brother to your Robert Asquith (married to Lillie Scott?)In 1995 I found Marcia Asquith's name (can't remember how)so I called her. I believe she would be your cousin. When I called her she was an attorney in Washington D.C.
As I remember, she was going to forward to me the name of a family member who was more familiar with family history. Neither of us followed up at that time--that was LONG before I had a PC at home and if memory serves me right, even before the Internet as we know it today.
Please feel free to contact me through my e-mail address
I'd love to hear from you and exchange information. Thank you! for contacting me. Wishing you all the best, Sheila

RE: Elizabeth Glass Hileman
If you click on the close up photo of the headstone, scroll to the bottom - I have what is on the stone for Elizabeth Glass Hileman under the photo. As far as Edward goes I did not take that photo, but it looks like it reads: Edward Hileman
Feb. 7, 1807 - June 16, 1898. I know some of the headstones are hard to read, so I try to put the info in the caption under the photo. Hope this helps.

No I do not, but where is the inscription? I can only see Edwards and Elizabeths names and dates.
