William Johnson I'm always happy to find new relatives...I'm never quite clear on the twice removed and all that but apparently it's generational. Anyway, I left Lander WY just before Christmas of 1965. I'm sorry to say I haven't been back. I didn't know a lot of my cousins growing up because travel was a little difficult back then. I didn't really know my Grandpa George because he and grandma had divorced when my mom was still small. I can remember seeing him once when I was pretty young. I knew more kin on my dad's side because we always lived closer to them. Where do you live? I'm still in SoCal. Have you read my bio? You are probably quite a bit younger than I (1947)...do you have kids, etc.? You can email me if you'd rather. The address is on my bio.
RE: Alfred Clark Well cousin, it is nice to meet you. I remember a man named Harold Johnston who lived in Keokuk, Iowa. He and my grandmother, Dora Casey, worked with Kathryn Newbold on the Clark family history. I have to admit I didn't have much interest at the time. I was just a kid then, and family history was boring. lol.
Alfred Clark Hello Bruce. I will be happy to go get a photo of Alfred Clark's stone as soon as I can. It will probably be the weekend before I can get to it though. I am related to the Clarks. My great grandmother was Julia Ann Clark, daughter of Joseph Clark and Mary Lynch Clark. I have been to the Bluff Springs Cemetery and have an idea of where the stone is. Maxine Dennison
