I enjoy helping family members "visit" the resting places of loved ones where they may not be able to otherwise do so. While primarily fulfilling photo requests, I have also created a few memorials along the way. If you notice any errors or omissions to any of these memorials, please let me know and corrections will be made. I'm also happy to transfer memorials I've created if you'll make the request by clicking on the "Edit" tab and then on "Suggest a correction or provide additional information."|

Thank you for making the original memorial including taking the photograph. Thank you for honoring my request. Ricky's mother was married twice Sanders / Startk but she was a Harris and her father and my father were brothers. All the best in your research and God Bless.

Hi Brian - went back to Mound Hill today and found Thomas! Already added his photo. It is in a very old section, so I was about to give up when I spotted his military marker. Anyway just wanted to let you know. Feel free to email me anytime I can help. Pat

Thank you for transferring the memorial to me and putting in our family's hands.
|James Turner Harris||Claude & Mamie Lee Harris|
Thank you for adding the photo of their gravestone to my memorials. I had not done that yet and was going to do that on Wed. 12/23 when they will be burying my cousin, their daughter, in the same cemetery.

You are so welcome. I enjoyed looking for her and will check into Wm and let you know what I find out.

Glad I could help. I'km not even in Josephine County any more, but I shot every stone I could find in every historic cemetery before I left!

I'm glad you liked it! Did you know Art at all? His wife was my piano and organ teacher, skills that I still use to this day! Hope you are enjoying the findagrave web site!

Yesterday I went to the Maple Grove Cemetery in Wichita, Kansas to fulfill your photo requests. This is the first time I have done this so please bear with me.
I did find Florence Shields stone and posted it, but I could not figure out how to rotate the big Shields stone photo, so it is posted sideways. Is there a way to rotate it? Many of the individual stones in the family plot are partially buried in the ground, thus no actual death date is showing for her.
I did not find a stone for William Glenn Shields. It could very well be buried. As there were several Shields and Glenns buried in that same area with stone markers, I can't imagine he wouldn't have a marker. I will check with the cemetery office to see if there is one for him (I was there after the office had closed)and get back with you.
You are probably aware, but on the opposite side of the big Shields stone is the name Glenn with individual stones for Harvey, Archibald, and Louvina Cooper Glenn. I took pictures, but checked and there is already photos for them on find a grave. Directly behind their stones is a James R. and Martha R. Shields stone. I also took pictures, but they are already on find a grave.
On the Shields side are the graves of Wm. Prentiss and Ella Glenn Shields. Photos already posted also.
I hope this helps and will get back with you on Wm. Glenn.

You are so welcome. Sorry, I did not find the one you mentioned. I just finished uploading all I found - these were all together with that big beautiful family stone. Looks like there are many more Weadicks at Mound Hill so I will print out the list of unphotographed ones and will keep looking. If you would like any of the pics emailed to you, let me know. Pat

Hi Brian - I was in Eaton this evening and got lucky, found Elizabeth and Thomas Weadick. Posted their photos. They were in a big group of Weadicks so I took all of them and will add them - I'm guessing they are relatives too. Pat
