My interest in genealogy started when I was young and found a folder my dad had with notes on many generations of his family. What started with those pages of notes and a tin type of his grandfather has turned into a journey that has now been ongoing for over 30 years. I believe I have visited every graveyard/cemetery within a 40 mile radius of where I live and have helped hundreds get photographs of tombstones they might not otherwise have. When ever I am able to take a trip away from home I make time to visit an old cemetery. When in England several years ago I even got the owner of the bed and breakfast to drive along and help me look for tombstones. It was a great experience.|
And remember this: When chemists die, they barium.

Thanks Sunny for being a photo volunteer! It's volunteers that make the difference!
I wanted to let you know that if you are getting your Park Hill Cemetery records from the online directory, you should know that when a persons name is in parenthesis, and is NOT bold. That indicates that there is NO marker.
The online cemetery records for Park Hill Cemetery are from a reading done in the late 1980's and early 1990's. Sometimes, the online directory indicates that there is not a marker, when there actually is, and it is buried, or a new marker has been placed since the reading of the cemetery was done.
Thank you again for being a photo volunteer. I hope my nosey 10 cents helps! :--)

Would it be okay if I made a copy of the photo you took of Ray and Florence's headstone for my family tree? I'd make sure to note credit for your having taken it.
