Currently living in Christchurch, New Zealand and happy to take photos from any of the cemeteries in Christchurch and it's surrounding areas.

I'm slowly adding memorials for the Linwood Cemetery, Barbadoes Street Cemetery and the St James Anglican Church.
I have recently added all the photos I have for the Chertsey and Barrhill cemeteries.

Saint Paul's Churchyard
Hiya William :)

I have finished entering the memorials and photographs of which I took when I was down in December, there is 1 photo request that I cannot fill from Saint Paul's Churchyard of Kenneth Gresson, do you by chance have this photo?

Next time I'm down i'll do the rest of the Churchyard if it hasn't been done by then :)

Hi William:

A great big thanks for all the McCausland photos. I appreciate it. (Now of course the dates give rise to other questions - but thats what keeps this interesting).

St pauls
hi william,

unsure from our previous corospondence if you were wanting to transcribe the rest of saint pauls or if you were just wanting to do the photo requests?

I'm about half way through with transcribing what I had time to take when I was down in december, I have 198 photos left to go :)

Let me know if i have the wrong end of the stick. lol

Thank You
Hi William,

I cannot thank you enough for photographing Jeanette and Ian's graves. My father Max, was their younger brother, who survived them, moved to Australia and went on to have 3 children.

Ian Halliday Webster was an athletic champion who died tragically when septicaemia was diagnosed as influenza. He was administered sulphonamide antibiotics but not penicillin which may have saved him. He was predeceased by his younger sister Jeanette Mary who is said to have died from a brain tumour.

Knowledge of their lives has unfortunately become somewhat misty with time. My father died some years ago, and is survived by my mother, also a New Zealander, who knew of but did not meet Dad's brother or sister.

I am so grateful for you help in crystalising some of the past. Thank you.

Kind regards
Penny Webster

sophia boulton transfer
Hi William,
Not only didn't you have to transfer Sophia's memorial to me, I sent you an edit for her bio and I didn't copy it to myself. If you still have it, please forward it to me. I hate to do work over again.
All the best.
