Hello! My name is Steve, I live in Western OK, and am doing research on the Neece, Means, and Palmer family trees.|
I joined the site to repay the wonderful effort of previous volunteers in building Memorials to my family members, to contribute whatever I can to aid others in locating lost loved ones.
My primary mission here is to enter clear, accurate records, and to honor those who have passed. I know all too well the frustration of information that is unavailable, or incorrect.
I have included Obituaries whenever I can, to aid researchers in verifying and locating other Family members.
If you have any additions or corrections to any Memorial I manage, or have created, feel free to forward them to me.
If I have created a Memorial to one of your Family members, unrelated to me, I will gladly transfer management of it to you.
I consider any photos I add, either in response to requests, or on Memorials I post, to be free for any use one should desire. All I ask is if they are used on another site, please credit the photographer, and this site.

I think I posted to the wrong contributor before, but in regards to Dorothy Ricks: I believe that she is the Niece of Guy Pollet and not the daughter. Dorsey Justus Pollet was my Grandmother's Aunt. She and Guy had two children - Larray and Peggy. One of my cousins was friends with Peggy and Peggy always referred to Dorothy Ricks as her Cousin (not sister). Dorothy had a dress shop in Clinton, Oklahoma. Dorsey Justus Pollet has three other full siblings: Charlie, Walter, and Augusta (Gussie). Their father was Herman Justus Jr. He died of a sudden heart attack in 1907 while delivering mail. His horses brought him back to town in the wagon. Dorsey's Mother was Martha (Mollie) Kendall. She had at least one daughter named Nellie Jobe before marrying Herman and we are trying to determine if this could be Dorothy's Mother. Guy Pollet's brother and probably father of Dorothy went by the nic-name Reno, but I think his real name was Alvia Earl Pollet.
