Hello Kelly! Unfortunately, among my relatives there is no Paweł Polchlopek. Where lived family of your husband in Poland?
I am looking for family Polchlopek and Gonet. They come from Korczyna lying in south-eastern part of Poland [then Austro-Hungarian Galicia]. My paternal grandmother Antonina maden name Polchlopek. Her 4 brothers emigrated to USA and settled down in Massachusetts [Franz, John and Jozef], Henry and sister Aniela in Pennsylvania. Dominik Polchlopek was uncle of my grandmother Antonina and emigrated to USA about 1880.
-In 13 Federal US Census 1910 I found Dominik Polchlopek - he lived with his daughter Valerie [born about 1886] Township 129, Range 99, Bowman, North Dakota. He was widower then.
-In Find a Grave I found the graves of Dominick, his daughter Valerie and different members of his family too. Look - Saint Adalbert Catholic Cemetery, NILES, Cook, Illinois.
I do not know or these are my relatives. I am looking for where I can only. I believe, that so as will find him once I found descendants of sisters of my grandfather Jozef Gonet, emigrated from Poland to USA in beginning on XXc also.
Sorry, my English isn't good, but I live in Poland. Greeting from Poland - Zosia
