|My mother Challas Cleo Harper Massey was the impetus for starting to document: first our family documents, and then to connect our family with generations present and past, and sidewise to fill in an understanding of the whole picture. Challas had been at the end of so many trees without a word about this tiny but potent woman that I started with her tree and every scrap of information I have about her and placed it on ancestry.com: Challas Cleo Harper Massey Family Tree. Find a Grave opened a large opportunity not only to find my family, but to contribute my collection to help others. I was privileged to travel to Van Alstyne, Caddo Mills, Longview, Alba, Golden and Gainesville Texas; Ada, OK; and Prairie Grove, Arkansas October 2014 to meet family and visit cemeteries and will add what I collected to Find a Grave. Families: Harper, Massey, Bohannon/an, Parker, Bennett, Arthur (Auther), Vannetten, Stillwell, Haney, Chronister, Evans, Swatsenbarg, Knight, Jordan, and more I haven't researched as yet.|

Ellouise and I corresponded a great deal. We never met. I do not know of any on-line site she might have contributed to. I have a great deal of info that she shared with me and will be happy to help you in any way I can. My email is on my home page of Find A Grave. Please contact me and I will see what I can do.

You may use these photo in any way you wish. If you'd like to cite them so they could be located by other researchers I'd suggest referencing the find-a-grave memorial, perhaps noting the originals are held in my private collection.
I could have sworn that I also uploaded pictures of the two smaller stones adjacent to Martha and James. I see that I haven't so I'll poke around in my collection and do that today. These are sons Lee and G.F., perhaps brothers of Benajmin?
About your photos... The view is to the east in the torn photo showing the little girl between Martha and James' stones. The view is to the west in the photo of the boys stones. (All the stones face west. Best time of day to photograph in natural light is mid-afternoon.) I can try to get back to IOOF and get some dates on the other stones that appear in your photos and dates on later stones that don't. That might help bound when the picture was taken. I believe I also still owe you a transcription from Martha's stone. That one is very difficult to read.
There are some other Harper's in this cemetery. I'd be happy to take additional photos if you need them.

Yes, please feel free to use any of my photos (thank you for asking permission). Blessings, Kelly
I'm not sure what you are asking me but if you don't want to manage a memorial transfer it to Findagrave. Go to it and click transfer Put 009 in the field and hit enter .. make sure it says FINDAGRAVE in the transfer to area and complete the transfer. They will take good care of it for you. Before you transfer add any info you or your friend would like to the BIO are of the memorial. good luck !!
