As best as I can tell, pleseant and william were brothers. They were son's of Leah. Leah and William are buried in Farley Seminary in Calfkiller. Pleseant in buried down the road in Robbinson. Have you ever been there?

Looks like we are related. Thomas and Nan-chi are my 4th great grandparents also. Who are your direct line ancestors? My grandmother was Allie Belle Hornbuckle married to William Nathan Wilkey Sr. Her parents were Robert Anderson Hornbuckle Jr and Addie Sublett. Robert's parents were Robert Anderson Hornbuckle Sr and Eliza Jane Russell. Robert Sr's parents were William L Hornbuckle and Elizabeth Griffin. William's parents were Thomas Franklin Hornbuckle and Nan-chi Bolen. Please let me know where you come into this line. Thanks.

Hi cousin Beverly, are you on Facebook by any chance?

You are so welcome Beverly, I enjoy the search. Let me know if I can help with any more. Take care!

Gentleiska was the sister of my husband's great-great grandmother, Oriana Foy Davis. Thanks for posting the picture. Are you by any chance the owner of pictures of Oriana and Gentleiska's parents, William, Catherine and Sarah (stepmother) Foy? If not, do you know who has actual physical copies? I'm hoping someone with virtual copies can e-mail me some at a higher resolution than the ones posted.

|William Watson||Re: Leah Gammon Robinson|
I just received a message from Kim Smith, another findagrave member, telling me that she'd found Leah Gammon's burial location and had set up a new memorial for her. She also has posted a photo of Leah's marker. I noticed that you'd sent virtual flowers on the memorial I set up, and I wanted to let you know of the new one.
You can see Leah's new memorial here:
You can find the one I set up in 2009 here:
Oh, if Leah's your great^4 grandmother, I think that makes you and me fourth cousins, once removed, as she's my great^3 grandmother. Unless you're more closely related, Kim Smith may be a fifth cousin of yours. (I don't know which of Leah's kids are in your respective lines.)
Very best regards,
|Charles Reese||Mary Jane Chapman Rankin|
She was my greatvgrandmother. She was married to John Rankin born 1840 died 1899. They had a daughter Ola Belle Rankin (my grandmother) she was born 1890 and she is buried at Crestwood Cemetary.
