Bio and Links
Bio Photo I grew up in Michigan and my parents and their ancestors all came from Indiana. I am researching genealogy of the Straws, Duguids, Handys and Youngs from Steuben County, Indiana (and Branch County, Michigan), and the Fishers, Dillons, Inmans and Girdleys from Martin County, Indiana. I currently live in northern California, and so am happy to entertain photo requests for nearby cemeteries.

Thank you so much for your time in attempting to locate Edith's grave for me. This lady has been so very elusive!

I shall keep digging, and please -- keep up the great work you are doing on FindaGrave!

Hi Roger.

How are you? Haven't seen you on findagrave for a while. Wondering if you have been to this cemetery yet? It is a trip to get to, is quaint and only has about 300 interments. Want to work on documenting all the graves with me? It is an amazing place.

Thank you so much for your research on the different Elizabeth Durners. Thank you for the photo of the face of her marker and the plot photo. It was very nice of you to go to all the trouble to research the findagrave entry.

Roger, thanks so much for taking the time to locate the gravesite of these two. Although the end result is what any of us really hope to see when requesting photos, it's nice to see the photo of the plot. And it does confirm that they are interred there. So you have assisted in my research from the other side of the country!

Not as busy as I would like. Want to do some photos at st. Catherine cemetery but Martinez museum is closed for two weeks. Oh well. Next month. Take care! Happy hunting!

Thanks, I've been looking for her burial place for years. I only just found the correct Cemetery last year after writing to the Archdiocese.

Thank You
