New to the site and still learning how everything works. Here to further document my ancestry while putting together the family tree. I am a Mayflower descendant and by tracking that lineage I have discovered several other founding fathers and historical figures in our tree. Thank you to all the contributors of photos and memorial pages. Your work has been extremely valuable during this process. I am grateful for a fantastic resource like this.|

|Spirit Baker||RE: Jethro Delano 1776|
You are welcome and I have found last week that a Doane, my maternal lineage, married a Delano. They are at First Parish Cemetery, I think, in Rochester, Plymouth, Mass, look up Edward Doane Delano who married Florance Smith, death may be 1964, and you will find the Delano's in that county. I am on the wrong computer and been so busy I may have the cemetery name wrong. I listed a small handful of Delano's from that cemetery, the first in Rochester, and have to go back and take more photos, weather permitting. I can't find evidence of my lineage coming over on the Mayflower but I have evidence of Hall, the other maternal line, who was one of the first here. He was one of the chairmen members of the colony.
