I have been interested in genealogy for a long time, although since I am retired now I am working harder at it. I like how the computer has made it easier to find information.
I have used find a grave many time to find pictures of my relatives. I FINALLY decided to sign up and take pictures. I am still learning how to navigate the site. I don't check my email everyday so If you don't get an answer right a way don't worry. I realized just a few days ago that I was getting LOTS of mail from Find A Grave so I am way behind on it!.

I worry about the small church Cemeteries in our area that are slowly being over grown, and not accessible.
Some of my Family Trees are well documented. 3 of them are very hard to find out information on. Polly Agnes Evans and her family, Henderson KY. William Slawlee(Wm.S)Cox's Father, Evansville IN. John Holl(e)y, Southern Indiana and N.W. Kentucky.

I am willing to take pictures of the graveyards in My area. I did have Myself listed as a contributor and I got emails from 100+ miles away! It snowed under My email address. I will do requests for Norman county, Mn, clay county MN, EASTERN Steel county ND, Moorhead Mn, and Fargo ND. IF the cemetery is very large then please put marker # on th email so I can find it. I will NOT be looking for any site in the winter due to weather constraints. Thank You!

RE: Darryl and James Gibson picture
No, don't know your brothers, I've taken pictures of all the stones I could find at Riverside and am entering them all in Find A Grave. Yes, the $5 payment will remove the ads from a particular memorial. Use the Edit tab to send any additions to the bio's and I'd be happy to add them, if you want to manage your brother's memorials I'd be glad to transfer them to you.

James and Darryl Gibson memorials
I would be happy to add any information to your brother's bio's, just send it to me with the Edit tab, along with any links you'd like me to make. If you'd like to manage the memorials yourself let me know and I'd be happy to transfer them to you.

Hillsboro Cemetery - John Johnson
Hi Pam,
glad you found it. If you can't get it download to findagrave or installed, just email it to me at geanie@cox.net and I can get it installed and give credit to you. John Johnson is the only one I would be interested in at this time since Ida is on the same stone.
I appreciate your help.
Sincerely,
Mike

From Pam:

RE: Pallum?
I deleted the request quite a while ago when you did not respond to my email. I then re submitted it hoping someone else would claim it. You should not claim a request until you actually get the photo.

Please remove your name from my request for Leah's photo so that someone else can claim it.
Thank you.

RE: ADA MN request
Pam -

I knew this was a poor time to post a request in your area,I just wanted to make it known to anyone like yourself that may want to take the shot in the Spring.

I appreciate the offer to take others as well although I cannot think of any others in the vicinity at this moment.

Cheers ...

RE: Leah Nelson Pallum
Yes, On the front page of the cemetery listing there is a picture of the cemetery (usually), the number of people buried there, photo requests, etc. In the Ada Cemetery there are 59 requests. Click on that link and it will show you all the names requesting photos. Quite a list there.

Thank you. I live in the Twin Cities so I know how deep the snow is here I'm sure it is probably deeper up there. Hopefull spring is right around the corner:)
