I have been researching my family's history for many years. My entire family genealogy is in Massachusetts, Maine and the British Isles. |
Please let me know if you need a cemetery picture in the San Francisco Bay Area. I will gladly visit the cemetery and take pictures for you.

Thank you! I live about 4 miles from the cemetery and it just so happened I decided to go and take pictures, (not realizing there were any requests because at this point I didn't even know the name of the cemetery). My husband went with me and I perhaps photographed about 1/4 to 1/3 of the cemetery. I have had 7 vertebrae fractures since June 2012, and am very limited as to what walking and how much I can do, but this is the activity I love most. I had no idea I had your ancestors stone. We found the name of the cemetery while there. When I came back I downloaded the photos and went to find-a-grave to look up the cemetery. I didn't think I had the stone after my first look at the stones. This morning I browsed through them again and sure enough, there it was! I am so very glad I was able to help you!
I can't think of a nicer thing I can do for people!

That was my understanding but I would appreciate it if you, as the photographer, would edit your photo and add the location of the stone on the photo caption. Thank you I will see what I can do to straighten this out.

Anne Ordway memorial #6879080
Hello - unfortunately someone asked that 2 Anne Ordway memorials be merged without noting that one memorial had a headstone where she was buried and the other was a cenotaph/memorial stone only. One of the photographers of an old stone has passed and so I don't know where that stone is really located. However, hopefully you can look at the memorial and see if the cemetery where you photographed your stone is the same one. No matter what, I would appreciate your editing your photo at this memorial with the cemetery information where you took the photo so I can sort out this mess. Thank you, as always, for helping to document these burials.

Thanks for adding a photo of Uncle Erlue to his memorial. Now I can put a face with a name.
