RE: Thank you!!
Yes, I guess I hadn't really noticed the two bushes until I saw the pictures afterwards.

But I did think it interesting that there were a couple stones/pebbles immediately in front of the marker on a small, flat concrete area, as if someone had placed them there as a symbol/ remembrance of their visit (as they do elsewhere in the world). In one of the pictures you can see a stone (about the size of a baseball), and there were a couple other smaller pebble-size stones, too.

The other picture is loaded up on the site.

RE: Thank you!!
It didn't appear that there were other Loveless markers in this section. In my brief look for Elisha's stone, there were several stones with "Lawless" as the names (as I recall) much closer to the chapel.

There were only about 5 markers in the section where Elisha was, and his was the most preserved of all of them (and still standing upright). The markers were not grouped together, but somewhat randomly arranged.

I'll post the other picture showing the orientation of the stone to the chapel.

RE: Thank you!!
Hi, Kate! It was fun searching for the Elisha headstone. It wasn't in the main part of the cemetery, but tucked in a little nook in the woods, away from most of the other gravestones.

I did take another shot of the Elisha gravesite looking towards the chapel (to give some orientation on finding the grave if you ever go to the location). I can send that to you, or post it to the Elisha Find-a-Grave memorial if you prefer.
