RE: Taylor
Well Hello Billy,

Please forgive me for not answering you. I found your note last night as I was up dating a post for my Son.

It has been a very long time that I have been with out my computer. I sure do miss having it. Lighting got it and I lost tons of files. Mainly things on my Family Tree. It really hurt as I had spent 7 years working on it.

You will have to forgive me, I have lots of printouts and a memory that has some cracks. I have had 3 strokes, lost 2 sons, so I am not to sharp any more.

If I remember right my Grandmother was the oldest Taylor Child. She and Thomas Jefferson Mott were Married Dec, 24, ?? in Americus Ga.
I was 6 when she died, and Mother or Rodulph never answered my questions. I was taken to where The Taylor home was {it burned}and a grave yard with unmarked graves. I have a rock from the grounds. No one in Taylor county has been any help finding it.

I would like very much to see Your Family Tree. So if you would please add my name.

I will try to get into the box that I had saved and see if there is anything that may help you.

It is for sure that You are a Taylor. You sure do look like the One's I grew up Loving . So I will add You to my list of People I Love and have Loved.

Sorry again, Thanks and God Belss You and Yours.

RE: Samuel Thomas & Sousan Clark
Hi, William,
I'm away from home right now and do not have access to my own research, and so I can't fully answer your questions. I'll have to get back with you when I get home. About all I can tell you that Susan Clark's maiden name was Masters. She says that it was on her War of 1812 widow's pension application. and I believe she gives her marriage date. But I have never found what her relationship was to Rev. Masters. They were about 17 years apart, apparently born in different states, possibly siblings or half-siblings. So far though I don't believe anyone has found any document to indicate how they were related.
