I checked again today, Friday, July 4, 2014, and there is still no marker for Mary.
I am sad to say that there is no stone at this location. On the cemetery's computer his name is Yancy, but in their books in the office he is Lancy. I found the stones around him indicating I was in the right location, but his and the graves on either side of him have no stones.

I have been keeping an eye on her burial site in the Garden of Roses and have informed a friend who works in the office at Sparkman Hillcrest that there is no marker for her. If the family has purchased one, someone might want to check on the status of the purchase. I will check back every so often to see if a marker has been put in place.
Thanks for the link to her father. I have connected them and also linked her mother. Appreciate your help.

Hi, I have corrected the birth date for Mrs. Yancey. I appreciate you finding my error. If she is related to you I would be happy to make a transfer. Thanks again and have a great day. Joan
