|Jeff||RE: Gordon Stewart Findlay|
I can try to help you on it. I have photographed nearly the entire cemetery (I'll finish it in the spring!) but did not really keep track of all of the sections. I do know a woman who has access to a plot book for the cemetery. It doesn't cover the really recent burials but otherwise is very complete. I will float the names you have by her and see what she says.

Thank you for your message. I live not too far away from Foveran so can borrow the Foveran BM Register from the local library which is where I found the burial reference. Unfortunately, it burials section is not extensive.

It's actually under Blessed Virgin Mary Church. Instead of typing an exact cemetery name, just search the data base for England with the key word 'Bruton' and the multiple listings for that community should show up. That's how I came across the two listings for the place in question. The main problem being that if there are multiple listings for one cemetery then duplicate memorials are likely to be made, if someone doesn't take the time to check all the options.

I am so sorry...I just realized that I had not yet thanked you for the information regarding the following memorial:
Lawrence William "Rory" Barber # 103846721
I have added all of the information you so generously shared with me.
With sincerest appreciation,

I was confused on Maiden name part, I did add the other info you sent about baptismal. Thanks!!
I have always been told the stone rules, just a phrase I have heard. So I tend to have to go with the headstone. Do you want me to put in what you sent, regarding the birth years you found and when he was baptised, I would enter it in the bio section. Just let me know, I will be happy to enter it.

You may use the photo however you like.

I believe that you are correct that they are all buried in this plot, but I have only seen the gravestone, no other records.

Thank you for sending an edit with a link to her father. I didn't realize I had not entered links to both parents so I appreciate you letting me know. Must be I couldn't wait to get started on the next person in the plot! ; ) -Judi

Indeed, a duplicate, but where is he actually interred? I have made links and notes to hopefully explain the duplication. His name is definitely on both gravestones.
