I enjoy being outdoors, the serenity of cemeteries and the adventures of seeking a tid bit of history to help others in their quest.|
Being outdoors, surrounded by the works of the Creator's hand, is very peaceful and comforting. Romans 1:19-20 "What may be known of God is manifest in them (all humans), for God has shown it to them. For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse."

I really appreciate you taking the time to take this photograph. It most definitely looks like an old headstone with all that moss/mold growing on it. Thank you for also checking with the cemetery as well for confirmation.
*note: If there are any other clues as to who may be in Eliphalet's family....wife or siblings or children buried in this cemetery that you found at the cemetery that information would be useful. Or if you could share me the phone number of the cemetery, I could ask the details myself. Either way, thank you so much. Have a great week

Thank you so much for the picture!!

Joyce, I've discovered a number of records I maintain where the creator has some erroneous information in the notes (such as "U.S. Navy" on an Army veteran's memorial). If you happen across any of these, please let me know with an edit request, okay? Thanks for the work you are doing!

I've love to have all memorials with photos, but in particular I'm even more interested in getting Veterans memorial (was I might say) complete. I've also added ranks, plots, birthdays //if available// and transcriptions.

Thanks for all the photos at Togus. I'll omit naming all the men as you did so many. I'm no good at doing postings of photos, so it's nice when someone else does them. Thanks X 74.
Thanks for all thevery nice photos: Charles Parker, Charles Haskell, Charles Feltman, charles Bean, Charles Bartlett, Charles Baker, Charles Andrews, Charles allen, and William Cahill. Again, Thank-You.
