RE: Infant Redmon Daughter
Hi Corey,

Your grandmother is quite right that there should be 11 children. I have found the 11th child. It was a stillborn male. The source is his Kentucky Death Certificate, Bullitt County, Cert. No. 05195, Vol. 27. It states he was buried at Pleasant Grove. Since there is more than one place with such a name, I have put him in the cemetery in Bullitt County since that is where he was born and died. I assume it could also be possible though, that he could have been buried in Pleasant Grove Baptist Church's Cemetery in Anderson County.

I have also listed his surname as Redman with the a since that is how it and his father's names are given on the death certificate.

I will be transferring him to you as I did his parents and siblings. I think their family is complete now.

Thanks,
Deb Redmon

You are very welcome. And yes, it is sad when there is no grave marker. I placed one on my Uncle's grave and my husband and I placed one on his grandmother. Now I need to place one on my cousin. I feel guilty so I do it. Have a great time chasing family.

Corey,

Thank you very much for the photos of the Yelton and McClure family stones.

I do really appreciate it and know that others do, also.

RE: Thank You.
Did you also leave Aldridge in her name? What is on her birth certificate and death certificate? I only ask because if she was an Aldridge and changed her last name it makes it hard for people to research her. My mother-in-law was an Aldridge and that is why I ask.

Thanks, Tina

RE: Brown Cemetery
I'm sorry I haven't visited this cemetery so
all I know is it's located in Lawrenceburg KY.
I found this out from someone who informed me
that my father's cousin Brice Gaddis is buried
there. I think they may have a website.
Hope this helps.
Regards

Corey,

I transfered your sisters memorial. My husbands mother was an Aldridge and from Anderson Co. There may be some shared relations. If you are on Ancestry.Com my tree is Toles Family Tree and you can review the Aldridge Family there.

I found a Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Shelbyville, Shelby, Kentucky. With the DC listing Shelbyville as the place of death and burial, it is more likely they are buried there than in Anderson County? Do you have any documents showing PGB cemetery in Anderson as the place of burial?
