My name is Kimberly Lucero-Hernandez and I came across Find A Grave after trying to locate some information on my brother who passed away last March (Year 2012) in Canton, Georgia.
I was amazed to see that people that did not even know my brother had set up a memorial page in his honor and added photos. This generous gesture inspired me to join Find A Grave as a photo volunteer to try and help others locate photos and information on relatives, friends, etc.
I live in Santa Paula, California. Cemeteries that are located closest to me include; Pierce Brothers in Santa Paula, CA, Bardsdale Cemetery in Fillmore, CA, and Ivy Lawn Memorial Park in Ventura, CA. Please feel free to contact me with any photo requests or information that I may be able to help you locate. I would be more than happy to help.
I would like to thank those that contributed to my brother Charles "Danny" Ladd's memorial page on Find A Grave.

You are welcome to contact me if you have questions. Some people find this to be an odd hobby without understanding that these memorials can bring enjoyment and a sense of peace to relatives who are miles away or those doing genealogical research.
With only 18 days of supporting Find A Grave, you are new. I think that you will find it to be an interesting hobby. Welcome.

Hi Kim, thank you for your sweet note. It is such an honor to do such volunteer work, and I felt the same gratitude when I had found that someone had done the footwork for my father grave site. I find it comforting to be able to visit his site and leave some virtual flowers & a note on occasion.
May God bless you & your family!
Thank you very much for the photo. Your service is greatly appreciated.
Have a great holiday!
