I do send the obits to Find-a-Grave and hope someone posts them. I'm not sure what happens to them at ancestry, but karinking45 is me!

Glad to no where your going. I am then going to do the Evangelical Mennonite Cemetery. Thanks! You enjoying taking pictures.

Thanks for the help finding my three ancestors at the MRE Cemetery in Berne. All three were within 30' of each other. I enjoyed talking to you and good luck.

Thanks for finishing it up. Three sections 1. Section. Reformed Drive, First Drive, Mennonite Drive, Second Drive. 2. First Drive, Mennonite Drive, Second Drive, North Drive. 3. East of First Drive. From 218 to the field, East to the end of cemetery. Do you like doing this on Find a Grave. I can't stop. Thanks again. Alicia

The date of death on the gravemarker is wrong. The Berne Witness reported her death in the issue dated 28 February 1916. She died of the "white plage" which is otherwise called tuberculosis.

Thank you so much for the picture.
I am also looking for his wife Mary Ann Baumgartner Kirchofer, did you notice if she was next to him?
Thank You, and God Bless

Thanks for your reply...there was another guy who has walked that cemetery before and he doesn't show him there either...his obit says he's there so I wonder where he ended up?? Thanks for your help.

Thank you for looking for the cemetery stone/marker for John Thomas Martz at MRE Cemetery. You indicate he is not in the cemetery book for MRE Cemetery. I'm wondering if it's possible he is actually there, but wasn't published in the book. Did you look at the cemetery too?
