Bio and Links
Bio Photo Man, dog, the ocean, and a walk on the beach. It doesn't get much better than that.

Working on gathering our family record and history together for the ones who come after, and before what I remember is forgotten. And in the process am discovering connections and events of which I was previously unaware.

Working on my Engelhart family name including surname spelling variations of Englehart and Englehard, with connections primarily in Wisconsin, Nebraska, and Washington. Also working on the surnames of Hollis and Sovereign on my mother's side.

Jerry,
Sorry that is a typo. the original obit states 65th wedding anniversary. You can correct his bio. If you have access to America's Genealogybank at or through your library you can search for the original obit on-line. In the Historical newspaper section the Seattle Times is actually scanned from about 1900 through early 1980's. For some reason it isn't listed as one of the newspapers but is there. Through the Seattle Library (spl.org) with a Seattle library card # we can access this database from home!! Neat, huh?

RE: LCpl Leslie Engelhart
I was happy to transfer Leslie's memorial to you. I hope that you and his wife will post some photos to improve the memorial.

Hello,

Since you now have ownership of the memorial, you can change it. I may have made an error when putting in the last name, but regardless make changes as necessary. Thanks and happy hunting.
