Thanks so much for the 'possible' additional information. I've attached the web-link so that other family members can read the article. Blessings, Sandi :-)

Hi, Pasha. I see you're joining us on Find a Grave. It is a wonderful site. Welcome. I want to point out something I missed, too, when I first joined. When you are posting a photo to a memorial pay attention to the dropdown box that shows up at the top of the page (once you've have clicked the Edit tab and then the "add a photo" link). In the dropdown box you can choose what kind of photo you are about to post to the memorial - Grave, Person, Family or other. Use "grave" to post a photo of the grave marker/headstone. Use Person for a portrait of the person; family for other family shots and use "other" for posting things like photos of their home or a death certificate, etc. Little icons show up in a listing of the memorials that indicate what kind of photo was posted and people who do Find a Grave to post grave photos can tell, that way, which memorials in a cemetery already have grave photos posted.
Enjoy Find a Grave! Suzannah

sponsoring memorials
Your previous message(s) must have gotten lost in cyberspace somewhere...

You are free to sponsor any memorials you want--you don't need the memorial managers' permission to do so.
