|Carol Cotton||RE: Corrie Butler Bowles|
I don't know about Corrie Bowles. Her daughter, Edith, married into my family and that's my connection. I was glad to link Edith to her folks which made me look at her family a little bit.

Did you cancel your request? City public works control that cemetery. So far, no record. Any other family members buried there? JM

David, your suggested additions to this memorial have been made. If you want this memorial transferred to you, just say the word, otherwise, I will be happy to continue maintaining it. Just FYI, you will see I did not put Frank's full name in the "Name" field, but rather included it in the "Note" field. My reasoning for this is that since this is a Find A Grave web site, the names should reflect what is on the grave marker. I think most people looking for his grave marker would look for the name Frank, and not Elisha. However, as you said, I want to include as much information for future generations, (as I can determine), so I was most happy to include his full name. This is just an FYI.

David, the original contributor of the memorials for Cyclone Cemetery is deceased. A number of the memorials were in my direct family line so when I contacted Find A Grave about transferring them to me they transferred all the memorials. I have transferred B F Zarr to you.

There is also a monument in Griffin, Ga. in memory of him I knew her father well and live down the street from Lottie.

The "empty space" just in front of Rufus is where I would quess there 'could' be a grave. The two on the left have foot stones at the end of the graves.
When I go back to the cemetery, I will try to get a better photo of the plot.
If you will look at Lora Granberry Dunaway's memorial in Hollywood Cem., I just added a pic of a funeral home marker. Some are like this and others are made of medal. Whatever they are made of, they usually don't last very long, due to weather or getting run over by the lawn mowers. If there was one there in 2007, as noted in the book, it really lasted a long time.
I have a copy of the book that is in the cemetery office, it says-Lennie A. Hammon b 2/17/1881 d 9/29/1965.
Good luck in your search for information.
