RE: Frances Kibler Button, Find A Grave Memorial # 74879128
We have tried and tried to make sense of the indentations that are left and too much is eroded away from weathering to be able to decipher this into the words. Sorry...

RE: Frances Kibler Button, Find A Grave Memorial # 74879128
Hi, I want to thank you for appreciating my work that has been posted. Lot's of time and dedication, but it's all worth it in the end. I ran up to Frances' grave a did another foil on it. It is just worn enough that you can not quite decipher what it says..... When I first cleaned this stone, my thoughts on that writing was that I would be able to read it. Give me a few days as I study that foil and maybe something will click. Frances if my husband's GG Grandmother. Are you related to her? Kathy B

RE: Marcia Beemer Crosby
Hi,

The Crosby re-interments were done in Dec. 1870. Crosby and his third wife both being since deceased (in Wisconsin), I imagine one of the daughters remaining in Akron had them moved.

Thank you so much for bringing this to my attention. I must have really been tired when I was entering the obit.

Blessings,
Sharon

RE: Find A Grave Memorial # 26523027, Infant Daughter
I have changed the father's middle initial to J. My apologies. I had it listed as W.L. and Bessie J., not ML as you stated. This was just a typo from transcribing the headstone photo. As I said, I have changed the L to J. Thank you for the suggestion. If you have family links for her parents, then please send the Find A Grave memorial numbers via the "suggest a correction" tab, and I will be glad to add them.

Thank you.

Hi D. Bagwell,

I accessed the above Memorial in Thyatira Cemetery in Jefferson, Jackson, Georgia. In the writeup of the grave, you state that this infant is the daughter of M. L. Burns and Bessie J. Burns. She, in fact, in the daughter of William Jones Burns (1866-?) and his wife, Bessie B. Jackson, (1871-?).

If you could make the additions/corrections, it would be appreciated. I have been researching my family for over 40 years and the Burns link is via a former sister-in-law.

Thanks for your assistance.

Deweys
Hi Deb,

Merry Christmas! I have been adding information you have sent and even added the Deweys in the Presbyterian Cemetery in Tioga so I could link them, then started adding others that were not there. If you would like I can transfer these memorials to you so you can manage them it is not a problem. Please let me know.

Regards,

Mark Peebles

Lelia Fargo Sample Webb
In reply to: Lelia Fargo Sample Webb. Her maiden name was Lelia V. Sample.

Please note the maiden names always show in italics.
To change it otherwise would create an unsearchable maiden name. The memorial is correct
