I made the corrections. Is this his father 136969813? Also, you said Samuel was in WW II, but his death certificate has WW I. Would you happen to know which branch of service and his rank?

I tried to understand the links you provided and see much information is from other inputs except the 1860 census. Have you found any Find A Grave entries for the other family members? If Reverend James Belvens (Belvins) died in 1856, he married Virginia when she was 18 and he was already ordained! Something is strange here unless he married someone (Mary Willia) as a very young wife compared to his age.
