|Karol Pike||RE: relationships|
We are indeed cousins Mabel. :-)
I have 2 lines of Pikes due to cousins marrying. Jeptha was the brother of Absalom (my 3rd great grandfather) and Ambrose(my 3rd great grandfather, also)who were all sons of Leonard.
My line of Pikes actually stayed in Vermont until my grandfather Carl Pike came to Connecticut which is where all my immediate family is now located although I do have some cousins who moved back to MA.
I have a lot of family info on Ancestry.com but would be happy to share with you what info I do have.
Cousin Karol :-)

Mabel - I have added some of the info you provided to David and Betsey Thomas' memorials as well as some additional info I was able to find. I located their marriage record and death records for both of them. Most of the records show David as being from Connecticut but the death record of his daughter Adelia shows Felchville, VT as his place of birth. Let me know if you would like copies of any of these records.

My great-grandfather was James R. Pike of Whitingham, VT. His father was Josiah.
His wife was a 2nd cousin, Julia Rosinia Pike of Readsboro, Bennington, VT. Her father was Chandler Pike.
A lot of the Pikes in VT are related. What was the name of your Pike relative?
