While I have been working on my family history for quite some time, I am fairly new to this site. This started as a project to find out where I came from. Somewhere along the line, it became a tribute to all that have passed before me.I have been searching for the father of Joseph Melvin Shackelford (could also be spelled Shackleford) I have the name Joab as his father, and Nancy(Shields) as his mother but cannot find any info. Joab's father was Lewis Shackelford, his wife's name was possibly Elizabeth. I am at a brick wall right now. | |

Hi Valerie,
I posted the best photo I have for Harriet West. The three children, James, Mary and Ella are at the base of her stone. I do not have a photo labeled for A.H.
We read the stones directly on two visits so I am confident in the info I posted. I don't have a labeled photo, so it is one of those we couldn't read except directly.

You asked the location. She is in a mausoleum. It is called Court of Devotion. There are 5 and she is in #4, part B. It is on the net. If you want I can tell you where to find it.
