RE: photos of Julius Rodman
Oh my goodness I'm such a horrible person!! I've had an email to you started in my drafts from the summer and I got distracted by looking for a good photo to send! I promise I'll be better at communicating and get that email sent. =)

RE: photos of Julius Rodman
Hello cousin! He's also the brother of my 2nd great grandfather, Scamon Cornelius--which Rodman brother is yours?

I think the portrait I found either via a Google search or a book on the history of the area. The other was from a collection of photos that my grandmother had, mostly of Scamon's family.

Hope to hear back from you!

Hi Troy!

I am sorry I have no gotten back to you. Work has been crazy lately. I have not been to the harbor in NY..... I am not in DAR but I think one of my uncles on the Rodman side was looking into that... I don't really know how it works.

That is neat that you have so much documentation! Hope all is well out there!

That is very exciting to hear of your copies of ledger books! Have you ever been able to find more info about them in Ireland? There is a genealogy book all about the Rodmans in New England that is online at:

We just had the cemetery cleaned up by a Boy Scout troop for the 150th anniversary of his wounding at Antietam. It was terribly overgrown after years of neglect.

Would love to hear more from you!
