Tignor Family At Glencoe Cemetery... Payne County, Oklahoma, were created by ROBERT who is now inactive on Find A Grave.

If you will state your relationships and ask for transfers, I am certain FG will do that.

Welcome to the Wonderful World of Find A Grave!!!

RE: Rima
Hey Larry,

So you know Steve Rima of Massachusetts also! Boy I really don't agree with him about publishing on the internet, I know he says that when he did he kept bumping into his own research, but I find that it really helps.

I put in a Find A Grave photo request for Lorentz today and got a reply back right away saying that there was no stone for him or Sarah in Badger Creek, but I guess that doesn't mean that they are not buried there along with Frank.

email me at and I'll give you a few contacts that might be able to help you with Sarah Hunt if you only have a date for her and John's Marriage in Stephenson Co.

I saw that you posted a memorial for Lorentz Rima. He was the husband of my 4th great grandaunt Cathrine McNutt Rima. She also died in the area in 1870. Are you related? Where did you come across your information.

Sarah Hunt Rima was the wife of Lorentz and Cathrine's son John who was killed in the civil war.

Hope to hear from you soon.

A question on the DOB you gave me for William Emerson. You listed 1809, but his headstone reflects he was 69 yrs, 5 months and 2 days old when he died. This calculation would make his DOB 1810 instead. Could I ask the source of your info to help determine what is most correct? We've seen headstones in error before, and we could make note of the discrepancy in our files if needed.

You can email me at

Thank you so much for the helpful information! I have updated his memorial and my records at the library. I also work with the Township board, who runs the cemetery, and have let them know about the information, too.

This helps greatly!
