Ralph Goodwin
I saw you were somehow related to Ralph Everett Goodwin buried in Perry Mount Park Cem., Pontiac.

I have done a little research on his line and will share what I have.

Grave Marker Photo
I am sorry that I am so delayed posting this message. I work a second job in a tax office during tax season, and thus, my genealogy endeavors, and for that matter much of my life, is on hold from early January till of course, mid April. Thank you so much for taking the time to fulfill my photo request and go and photograph the grave marker for Henry McDowell! Your efforts are much appreciated!

You will find Delores' burial info on my site and cousin Ralph..they are buried in the same cemetery. Welcome to Find A Grave and I look forward to exchanging info with you. Joan Duncan Kippe of MI.

RE: Mattie Searcy photo request
I have only been doing this a few months myself so I am not sure what is meant by field stone. If I were to guess, maybe the headstone or marker is made from a local natural material or stone that would be available in that particular geographical area as granite and marble may have not been available or too costly.

RE: Mattie Searcy photo request
Hi Lori,

Welcome as I too am new to Find A Grave. Since I now know there is someone else in the area that is enjoying this hobby as well, I will gladly delay my claiming photos a day or two in order to give you an opportunity to get in on the search too! Not sure if you know this already but there are some open requests in Sumner Co. that have been out there for a while waiting for someone to claim them. To find these "Open Requests" go to your page and select the Contributor Tools tab and in the Photo Volunteer section select the "Requests Near Your Home Location" and you will be able to see all the requests in your local area.
