Traci's Mom
Traci Fields
Thank you very much for your kind words. I appreciate you and them.

Thank you very much for the token you left for my angel daughter Traci. She was a wonderful gift from GOD, and she's in my heart and mind every single day. Her passing has left major holes in the hearts of her family and friends.

I appreciate you helping to reach my goal of 5,000 tokens by her birthday, November 20th. Actually, thanks to you and other findagravers, so far today Traci has received 6,026 flowers/tokens. That makes my family and I extremely happy. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I'm thankful and blessed for your kindness. GOD bless you for your heavenly heart.

I am so overwhelmed with all the findagrave friends requesting flowers/tokens for my Traci. Thank you ever so much!

This is something I wrote for Traci:

It was a cold, quiet night at the cemetery. The snow was falling gently to the ground. The only sound that could be heard was the whistling of the wind. Off in the distance I suddenly heard the tiny sound of jingling bells. I looked around and wondered where the life was in the stillness of this cemetery.

As I gazed around, I saw a ray of moonbeam shining down on a small Christmas tree.

I thought to myself, "This is where the life is in the cemetery!"

Ring the bells this holiday season in memory of those you love.

RE: Olive Ritter
In the 80's met one at aunt Olives in Vista, her name is Dorothy Sterling. Presently I do not know where she lives, if she does. A web search for her revealed two places for possible one in Vista and one in Temecula. I have not tried to make contact with either.

Quite honestly I know nothing about him. I have been told that when she would come to Iowa on reunions he did not come.

Sorry

RE: Susan Damon
I have been doing some quality control work lately on some of my regular cemeteries. It shows I updated Joseph. Susan is listed in the cemetery index with Joseph but there is no stone. Joseph has a lot of open space around his marker so I am wondering if Susan didn't have a marker or it has disappeared. You should still add a link and the bio.

Hope so too...they were very helpful to me and even suggested better sources than she had. Will be anxious to hear.

RE: Melrose Abbey Memorial Park
One of the suggestions I just received from Facebook was to get an obit....San Diego Genealogy Society couldn't find one for him and he wasn't married so there would be no obit for her. His father was cremated too and don't know where his ashes are either. Mother was buried in a cemetery in San Diego and his sister was buried in Poway which is near San Diego...might try emailing the cemeteries and see if they have records for cremations. One person said they might even be in someone's home? Could happen....alas.

Me again....I just posted on Facebook the info I have on my Donald McCormick Hudson 1905-1988 basically just saying that his ashes were supposed to be handled by a crematorium that went out of business and any suggestions on how to find out more....will be interesting to see what responses we get....stay tuned.

Another thought....on Facebook go to RAOGK and post and see what responses you get. I have posted a couple of brick walls there and got lost of help....good luck!

RE: Melrose Abbey Memorial Park
Found an email dated Jan 23, 2013...it is from a Kathy Mauzey K.Mauzey@orccd.com. "The Orange County Cemetery Districk saying they administer 3 public cemeteries in the county. El Toro Memorial Park, Anaheim Cemetery and Santa Ana Cemetery. Our records do not show a Donald M. Hudson in our cemetery. Our burials are listed on our website www.occe4meterydistrict.com. There are several private cemeteries in the county and I have attached a list. If you have the death cert it should show the final disposition along with the mortuary. Cremar is no longer in business and one of our managers thought Macera Crematorium took over from Cremar. Macera 1020 N. Fuller St. Santa Ana, CA 92701 phone 714-647-0709. The online CA Death could have some dates. Hope this helps you. If there are a lot of typos please forgive me. Had my eyes dilated today and still not seeing great. Good luck....Lora
