I'm addicted to figuring out the puzzle. I want to honor and hold on the memory of those who have gone before us. |
Im a married mom of 2, and work full time as a nurse, living in West Michigan. The people I add are mostly from old documents, and death certificates.

Hi, I have been bitten by the genealogy bug and will search for bibles, pictures, baptismal records anything that will have info. so that I can find their descendants. Sometimes I will look on ebay. According to your post Joseph Pierpoint you are the 7th great granddaughter of Jospeh Pierpoint.
There is a bible with his info. in it for sale on ebay. It says Joseph is the son of James. Joseph married Hannah daughter of Noadiah Russell. Another page with info. on Joseph 2nd son of Joseph. He married Lydia couldn't make last name out--Harriet? Another page says the bible of Daniel Pierpoint on the last page. Daniel married Esther.
Ebay #381645610383. I am NOT the seller, I have no personal gain if you purchase this bible or not, other than knowing I have reunited the bible to his family. I hope this is truly your direct line with the above men mentioned.
Please let me know if this is your line. email@example.com
PS maybe if you offer them a lower amount they might bite. It is priced rather high. But, they know it is a one of a kind keep sake.

Yes. Nothing was every shared about him. The divorce record I've seen was filed three days after my grandmother was born by my great-grandmother, though withdrawn about two weeks later.
I don't have any information on Patrick Welch having a first spouse and two children by her. I do know he was married to Margaret Cochran/Corkins in about 1855, according to her obituary in 1912.

Yes. Great-grandfather on maternal side. I have those records, as well. In fact, just spent a long genealogy weekend in Monroe at the beginning of this month for his and other records. Always more to do!

I didn't make the link. It was an edit from another user. I get hundreds of edits a day, and based on the advice I have received from admins I don't try to personally verify each one. As long as the recording of the information found in the market remains accurate then the listing of the grave is accurate for the sites purpose of recording cemeteries.

I wish I could help you but I realy don't have anything on the Cornett family. I'm not related to them. Good luck in your endeavors.

|Cathy Summers||Roscoe D Young|
You have listed two Roscoe D Young entries with almost identical information. He was my grandfather and died as the tombstone I added indicates. He was in the hospital when my Mother and Father visited him and told him I was on the way. I was born in Jan 1947 so the 1946 death date on one of these entries is the accurate one. You can correct the one that shows 1956 or transfer to me, your choice.
His wife, my grandmother was Pauline Pearl Lyon. I tried to add her entry today but am doing it from the library and limited on time so will add her at a later time. Doesn't look like it took. My Mother was the Wanda that you mentioned who married Mike Summers.
I notice your last name is Young also. Are we related?

|Marguerite||Elizabeth Kaufman @ Woodlawn in Marine City, MI|
I'll be visiting Woodlawn very soon. The Marine City Clerk's Office advises: PLOT: Section G, Lot 30. Also found a Laverne Kaufman in same plot with Albert & Elizabeth. I'll transfer to you. Hoping to find headstones -- if not, I'll at least photograph the plot.
