Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have documented all the cemeteries in Lebanon, NH; the Etna, Hanover Center and Dana Cemeteries.
I have also documented all the Civil War soldiers within these cemeteries.
I have been researching Lebanon Residents in the Civil War; and also the Civil War Soldiers buried in Lebanon, NH Cemeteries.
I plan to include bios on all of these men.
I am secretary of the Lebanon Historical Society.
I am on the Soldiers Memorial Building Committee (Old G.A.R. Hall).
It has been brought to my attention that some contributors are using my "published" documents as their own in the Lebanon and Hanover, NH cemeteries. Any contributor that has done this must give "credit" to me for the documentation.

Thank you!
Dear Fran,
Thank you so much for the photos of Gordon and Elizabeth (Dow) Burley. It is wonderful that you found them, and you could document them before they completely crumbled away.

Well, I think I found her on ancestry and I believe her birth date is 1862 approx. and she died of consumption.

RE: Hattie Pressey
I am sorry to say I don't and the death date is exact of april 13, 1880. I found her as mentioned on memorial day of 1884 as having died some 4 years earlier so, the curious person I am, I took her name only and found her on and I found a death document and it showed her exact death date but her age and birth record was left off of it. Her dad was john Pressey though so she must not have ever married. She died in Auburn, NH. At present that is all I have to help out. I just thought it was strange that you have one that is named exactly the same. Thanks for checking it out.

Hattie Pressey
Since you seem to be knowledgeable with ancestry. I have a Hattie Pressey that is mentioned in a old newspaper article I have with the same name as you have here in your memorials but the one I have died approximately in 1880 in Auburn, New Hampshire. Could she be a descendant of this Hattie?
