Dave Peck
PAYNEs in Greenridge Cemetery, Saratoga Springs, NY, USA
I have transferred the Paynes. Do you know who Frederick's parents and grand parents were. I would like to determine if I am related.
Thanks,
Dave Peck

ay and Walter Dunlap
Hi David,

I'm sorry, but I don't have information about their burial sites. I have a copy of Walter's obituary, which lists the mortuary as being BRING'S BROADWAY CHAPEL, 6910 E. Broadway.
I will try to do some research this.

Kay had worked with my Mother at the University of Arizona, Tucson, in the late 1940's early 1950's. In 1952 my parents moved to California. Mom and Dad maintained a friendship with Kay and Walter, but eventually age and ill health slowed things down. Our last visit was in the early 1970's. I have many fond memories of the Dunlaps - they always had fun projects going on. Once when we visited they had a group of friends over to tile a table with a mosaic pattern. Walter had telescopes and loved to star gaze. Once he found a dead bobcat, boiled it down and reassembled it's skeleton! They had an outdoor firepit where they would leave food for the local mule deer and peccaries. As an outdoorsy kid, I found this fascinating. I remember Walter bought MG sports cars, which were pretty snazzy.

Hopefully someone will find and post their gravesites someday. Meanwhile I will see if I can find out anything.

Best wishes to you.

RE: Otis Wood grave marker photo: thank you
I posted the photos. I did not do any research on J. S. & Marcia Campbell but I assume they are somehow related to Ebenezer Campbell, husband of Almira Wood.

RE: Otis Wood grave marker photo: thank you
Yes there were. On the front was Ebenezer Campbell and his wife Almira Wood. I created a memorial for them and linked Almira to Otis and Betsey. On one other side there are 2 names: Henry E son of J. S. & Marcia Campbell died Oct. 28, 1872 14 months and Edward S. Churchill born May 1, 1853 died Aug. 26, 1854. I did not create memorials for these last two as I had trouble finding much information on them. If they are someone you would know about and want to create memorials for them I'd be happy to post the photo. It's not a great photo as that side of the stone was in dark shadows so the names don't stand out very well but they are readable.
