Bio and Links
Bio Photo My Birth Name was Joseph E Raubeson. I was born in SC. I had my last name changed to Hover in NC in 2007. My mother was Rose Ann Hover Ledbetter and my father was Colin Cameron Raubeson.

I have no problem sharing my photos and documents. I only ask that if you decided to use my photos and documents that you give credit to me Joseph E Hover(Raubeson),or the person identified as have taken the photo. And that they are used in good taste and not in a disrespectful way.

If Any one has any request for photo's from Washington Dc or NOVA area. I will gladly get them for you.Just message me and provide what information you have on the grave you seek photo of.
I will gladly make any changes and corrections to any memorial. I just ask that you provide proper documentation for me to do so.

I look for documents such as US or State Census records, Birth and Death Certificates and church/bible records. Also SSN for the dead and death index's records per state. Also if you have family tree on site.

RE: Photo of grave stone
Joseph, sorry to take so long to answer your query about the Weinrich grave marker. Yes, you have permission to use the photo of the marker on and your webpage.

RE: Photo of grave stone
You have my permission. This may be a duplicate answer as I am traveling and have intermittent internet usage.

RE: Transfer family memeber
Yes I will transfer any person who is not related to me however the easiest way for me to know which relative you want is to go to each grave on edit and in the message box just write that you request me to transfer the grave to you. I will transfer all graves not related to me.

RE: Name
Someone put it on. I actually rarely post one without, but when I looked, his full name is there, as is a photo of the grave. Please let me know if you still can't see the name on the memorial. Thanks for the heads up.
