After retiring from the US Air Force in 2011, I decided to embark on a new hobby; finding my ancestors. I continue to look for Yanish (Illinois), Arnold (east coast of US and Wales), and Cloy (mostly Mississippi). Some of the biggest stumbling blocks have been Swingell (Illinois) and Mosher (prior to Mississippi).

I enjoy searching for cemeteries and collecting data for others. Most are interesting but some are sad, especially when I find a cemetery that has not been kept for a long period of time.

Frank and Carrie Cole
Yes, they are buried beside each other. I had a bunch of photo requests for Greenwich, one of them was of a woman (Delpha Olney) buried next to Frank and Carrie. I don't know if there is any connection between the two, probably just a coincidence.

RE: Yanish photo
You are welcome. I added the missing Yanish family, there is also Yanush family on the same lot or right next to each other. It actually seems like someone just changed the spelling of the last name. I did find that the actual spelling was Janusatis. Good luck.

Arnolds, Haddam Center Cemetery
Hi Dee, I did some research in the Haddam Center Cemetery this week. I did not find the Arnolds. In reading about the cemetery I note that it was established in 1867. I would take a guess that your Arnolds are buried in the "Old Thirty Mile Island Burial Yard" a few miles up the road, also in Haddam. Good luck in your searches.

Hi Dee

Thank you for responding.
