Discovered Findagrave about a year ago and am thrilled with the generosity of people who give their time to help people put the pieces of their family puzzle together by volunteering their time to do this.

RE: Pilger Ruhe Picture
I have 7 or 8 pictures for you
Adelia & Donald's tombstone
Adelia's parents tombstone
Adelia's first husband's tombstone
Adelia & first husband's children's tombstone
Pilger Ruhe (Pilgrim's Rest in German)

I think Donald is definitely buried there and will make the necessary adjustments so it shows on the Find a Grave website.

Need your email address to forward pictures to you, I think.

RE: Pilger Ruhe Picture
My Mother-in-law was a cousin to Adelia. My records show Donald is also buried at Pilger Ruhe, he was born in 1920 and died January 6, 1994.Her brothers Kermit Katterheinrich, Calvin Katterhenry and sisters Persis Jacobs and Mildred Jordan were her survivors. I do not know why Pilger Ruhe does not show him buried
there. Will do anything I can to help you including taking a picture of tombstone.

Barnard/OConnor/Wolford
Catherine Foley at Calvary
I visited the site yesterday. There was no marker for Catherine but I did find one at that site for a Declan Foley.

Hartle-Miller Cemetery
That notation is correct -- they were taken in 1990. Most of the stones are probably unreadable and/or on/in the ground by now, but I will not go back there again -- it was a very scary experience. I posted those so if someone wants to go get more recent pictures, then they will at least have an idea of the shape of the stone(s) they are looking for.

CA Death Records search:
I have added information to some of the memorials, except for Louis's. The CADI on Rootsweb is from 1940 thru 1997.

Irving Linwood Foley
b. 2/10/1902 in Nebraska
d. 3/14/1954 in Los Angeles County
Mother's maiden name was Magers

Marion Florence Foley
b. 2/18/1899 in Nebraska
d. 12/17/1942 in Los Angeles County
Mother's maiden name was Magers

(Looks like these two are brother and sister)

Mary Foley (maiden name Magers)
b. 1/10/1871 in Kentucky
d. 10/2/1953 in Los Angeles County
(Looks like this is Irving and Marion's mother. Is Louis their father?)

Stella Foley (maiden name Danlin)
b. 4/15/1908 in Canada
d. 12/18/1987 in Los Angeles County
(Could she have been Irving's wife? The year of birth would fit)

I hope this information is helpful to you.

Regards,
Bonnie
