Please visit my dad John Joseph "JJ" Farley and my mom Arlene Ida Wittenberg and other family members that I have linked together. If the mood strikes, thank you for leaving a flower or token.|
You can request links using the new EDIT TAB now!!! 4/12/14
ALL requests for any corrections, updates, or transfers MUST go thru the "EDIT" tab on each memorial. I need the hotlinks the "EDIT" tab provides. Please make sure you're signed in. I need the link to your member page as well.
Please DO NOT make requests by leaving a message.
As of December 2013, we all have a new "EDITS" tab on the top part of our profile page. This is where you will check on the status of most of the SAC's you send as well as approving or denying most of the SAC's sent to you.
Use this new system to make your requests by clicking the "EDIT" tab on the memorial (not the same as the EDITS tab on your profile page).
PLEASE USE THIS NEW SYSTEM (THE 1ST 5 OPTIONS) WHENEVER POSSIBLE. IT MAKES IT SO MUCH EASIER FOR THE MEMORIAL MANAGER AND WILL MOST LIKELY RESULT IN YOUR REQUEST BEING DONE QUICKER.
When making a request, the 6th option on the EDIT tab - "Suggest Any Other Addition or Correction" - should only be used when -
1. bio info added (or corrected),
2. transfers or
3. anything that requires an explanation or source info.
(NOT EVERY PIECE OF INFO NOR EVERY MEMORIAL MANAGER REQUIRES SOURCE INFO SO PLEASE DON'T SEND EVERY REQUEST THRU THIS CHOICE. USE THE 1ST 5 AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.)
Please read the FAQ's! There have been many changes to the FAQ's lately, please re-read them. If you can't find an answer or if what you're looking for isn't clear, please come to the Discussion Forums. There are many people there with years of experience on this website and will be more than happy to help.
I do not link to memorials that are - "Burial: Unknown Location". This is Find-A-Grave. So find the grave first.
I add these memorials as a tribute to those who have passed as well as allowing friends and relatives who cannot travel to "visit" and pay their respects.
Any information in these memorials that is not listed in the obituary was either provided by another member, was available on the funeral home (listed in the obit) website or taken from SSDI.
Many thanks to all the volunteers who have added their hard work, love and sanity to create these memorials. Without your dogged trekking through brush, nettles, rain, snow, ornery cemetery attendants, dusty historical registers and the like to photograph and record the resting places of those that have gone on before us, we would not have this website.
My heartfelt thanks to bill for sponsoring several of my family's memorials. He is a very kind man with a wicked sense of humor.

You're very welcome. I'm glad I was able to help. I asked for the curran's children be linked to their parents. I think the lerch's son was linked to his parents already. Yeah the weather is definitely crazy lately. Hale and snow last night and beautiful weather today. I couldn't agree with you more about wanting to get out of the house :-) talk to you soon.

Thank you for contacting me on Stephen Alexander. I understand about the St. John cemetery. However, in my family there are about 5 Stephen E. Alexanders from my dad's side that are buried in New York. Two are buried at St. Johns and one at Cypress Hills. I have proof on that. But thank you again and I will make sure for next time not to duplicate. I have taken off my request in all Alexanders. Guess I won't bother with all the Alexander's on here. Sorry Again.

Hi, You're welcome as always. Those markers are a really neat touch to the grave. They had to have their own picture.
I'm enjoying the warm up, but not taking any chances. I don't think I'll put the snow shovels away until the 4th of July....(I tried putting them away and we ended up with 6 inches of snow. Yes, it was gone by afternoon but I know a warning when I see one.....:)
Have a great Easter....Glenn

Thanks so much for reaching out to me. I appreciate your suggestion and will try the same. I also just came across the new linkage option which will save me a lot of typing.
Thanks again for being so kind.

Thank you for remembering my Mom. Much appreciated. Yes, let's hope that the long awaited Spring time comes at long last. We all need the Sunshine and to hear the birdsong once more.

Happy Easter to you and yours, Emily! I visited your Mom's memorial again. I think the Coat of Arms adds a distinguished touch to her memorial.
|Tisha Dolton||RE: Dombroski Photo|
You are most welcome. Yesterday was sunnier, but today's photos came out nice even with the cloud cover.
|Joy Ann Strasser||Cindy Ruggles|
Emily- Thanks so much for the info on Cindy's parents. Her entry was a lonely one and I could find no other info to connect her.
