If I lied as you said then the State of North Carolina lied also. The info comes from the official cause of death per the death certificate, which is posted for all to see. If you would like to pursue a lawsuit for slander,
I say "Go For It !"

Tom Reece statement
People who work on Findagrave give their time and a lot of effort to helping people find their lost loved ones. Mistakes will be made as no one is perfect and that is why there is a option to let someone know of a correction. I know I am not infallible and neither is Tom and neither are you. I have not seen anyone walking around in my 56 years with a halo levitating over their head for their saintliness and perfection. And I know I never will. I know Tom and know what a fine man he is trying to help others. Just look at the number of memorials he has created since he signed on and in a years time of you being a member look at yours. His dedication to this project is exceeded by very few and to publicly accuse him of slander and a law suit is not only counterproductive to this great site and the people who volunteer here but to Tom himself. And personally to accuse him of slander-I think you may need to one-consult an attorney of both the meaning of slander and what YOU have done to intentionally accuse a man in an open forum of what that may constitute against you. If anything you should be ashamed of yourself.
