Bio and Links
Bio Photo My husband and I have been volunteers for Find A Grave for many years. Recently I created my own account for adding only memorials for members of my family lines. Keeping track of my family memorials became next to impossible with all the requests we do. This new account became necessary for me since moving from my home state of Michigan.

I use our original account for all non-family memorials and photo requests but continue to monitor Isabella Co., MI area requests and try to fulfill requests when I go to MI to visit my family.

My lines include:
Andress/Anders Earle
Borden/Burden Calkins
Devereaux Betham/Beatham/Beetham
Durfee Lockwood
Hardy/Hardie Merrill
Landon Richmond
Powley
Rouse

Thank you for the photo of my third great grand mother Abigail's final resting place. Which made it possible to find my third great grand fathers resting place also. So awesome. You are to be commended for the work you do.

RE: Loren Biggs
Linda,

Thanks so much for bringing this error to my attention. I didn't originally create the memorial so I guess I didn't catch the mistake after it was transferred to me.

Loren's mother, Julia Etta Smith was my 1st cousin 3x removed. Julia's grandfather was my 3rd great grandfather. Also, Laura's second husband, Ernest Clinton Kellogg was a close friend of my grandfather's family. There were three Kellogg brothers, and my grandfather said one of them was a doctor and delivered babies in South Dakota with my grandfather's mother. She was a midwife. My grandfather considered the Kellogg boys "cousins". I have only found a connection by marriage.

Anyway, sounds like it is a small world after all. I am always interested in the connections and am glad to have contact with anyone that has family in common. Thanks for writing. I have corrected the memorial.

If you ask from the transfer from the edit tab of the memorials, i can find them easier and will do it.
