RE: Hehner
Hi Pat,

Thanks so much for the info on your Philipe Jacob Hehner, our ancestors parallelrd each other. My Phillip came in 1847 by way of New Orleans to St. Louis. Looks like the name Hehner was quite popular, maybe like the Smith's!!!

I appreciate all the info you have given me. If you have any questions about my Hehner's, do not hesitate to write me!

I see that you have posted the Hehner name in Mascoutah City Cemetery.

I have a question for you, did you know if there is a Josephine Hehner born 1834, (I believe she passed away about 1870) buried there?

She was the first wife of my great-uncle Rev. Phillip Jakob Hehner. He was preaching at Mascoutah in a Methodist Church at the time of her death.

I do not live in IL. and I am not familiar with Mascoutah. I do not know if there is a Methodist Cemetery there or what other cemeteries are there.

I don't know if you are still posting people at Mascoutah City Cemetery, but thought I would ask you if you might have seen Josephine in your searching.

Just thought I would ask, any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated!!
