Cockayne Farm
Well, that person was me. I was there about three weeks ago, and I was asking about the farm across the road from the one where the Stigges now live. The farm where the Stigges live, and the farm across the road were originally the farms of Hiram and Samuel Cockayne. Hiram was my 2nd great grandfather, and Samuel was his brother. Warren Cocayne was Samuel's grandson. Small world.

John & Susannah McClure
Thanks for going back to Kossuth and looking for the McClures and finding them!! You were working with some markers that were deteriorating and you did a very decent job of getting good photos. Appreciate your help, as does Sue McClure, who is a more direct relative and manages the memorials.

More for John & Susannah McClure
Here is more info to find their markers:
The "F" stands for "Fullenwider" section. My husband, Mac, said we walked in the entrance and turned right. It was about 1/2 and 2/3 of the way back. F56 John and Susannah as well as a granddaughter of their son, James. James died during the Civil War near Alexandria, LA. His wife was Prudence. She is buried in section in F-59 with her son, James Edward. William and Cynthia McClure along with their daughter, Mary A. in section F-59.

John & Susannah McClure in Kossuth
I have more info for you for their location in Kossuth Cemetery. They are indeed there as confirmed by a McClure relative who visited the cemetery and lives in SC and they do have grave markers. This is the info I have:
My husband and I have been to John and Susannah McClure's gravesites complete with headstones, but I didn't have a camera with us and we haven't been back to Iowa. We live in Greenville, SC. I checked the listing of the burial sites and it shows John and Susannah McClure's plot as F-56.
Based on this, I don't know why they weren't listed in the records you looked at, but please consider going to the cemetery and finding their markers to complete my photo request. Thanks so much.
