Bio and Links
Bio Photo I began researching my family history in 2012 in a quest for dual citizenship from my mother's side. We are hoping for recognition of our Italian citizenship by the end of 2014. On my father's side, I have researched our roots back to the original founders and landowners in New Haven. In 2013, I was initiated into the Lucretia Shaw Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution. This year I became a Charter member of the Fort Saybrook Chapter of the Colonial Dames of the 17th Century and a member of the National Daughters of 1812. I am in the process of Chartering a CT Chapter of the Daughters of the Union. I am a member of the Connecticut Society of Genealogists and the Connecticut Professional Genealogical Council. I love doing family research and love helping others delve into their family history.

RE: Thank You
Monique-
Richard and I were very happy to help you connect with family, even in this small way...having spent more than 25 yrs on the family tree, we know the frustration of families being so very far apart.

Phebe Hull
On second look, this memorial was added to Indian River cemetery by Irma. I personally would trust her documentation for this memorial.

Phebe Hull
Phebe Hull is not listed in the "Hale Collection of 1934" Meaning the headstone was missing prior to the Hale Collection, or possibly she is not buried in Indian River. Many of the 1700 headstones are missing from this cemetery.

RE: Sweeney
I really live to do this, to think just by taking a little walk and a photo I can mend someone's hurt or put a piece in a puzzle; it's great!

RE: Sweeney headstone
Awww thanks! You know, I had no idea where to look, and as soon as I parked my car in this huge cemetery, I saw the stone! Shaking my head, I walked around to the front and there she was :-)

You're very welcome. If you are family there is another photo I can send you privately.

Gilberts in Beaverdale
I believe section P has all flat stones which means the snow will have to melt before it is possible to take a picture. Even then, many of them are sunken and not legible.

I have transferred the memorial to you. I was confused because your original request was for the transfer of your grandfather.

Before I transfer, are you sure you have the right person? Maybe you meant your grandmother.
