I'm 63, and my mother's co-caregiver. After growing up in the Chicago suburbs, I took an early retirement from the University of Illinois at Chicago to move to Old Saybrook, CT on the CT shoreline to care for my mom in her later years after my dad's passing in 2007. I'm active in the Baha'i Community, and a singer with Baha'i Choirs. I've also gotten hooked on genealogy following our family reunion in London in 2008.|
Here is a wonderful quotation from the Writings of Baha'u'llah, Prophet-Founder of the Baha'i Faith, concerning death:
"O Son of the Supreme!
I have made death a messenger of joy to thee. Wherefore dost thou grieve? I made the light to shed on thee its splendor. Why dost thou veil thyself therefrom?"

|David Neller||RE: Sarah Sellwood|
Hi again Valerie.
If you check out my Find A Grave Profile page you will see that I live at Teddington in West London - near to the towns of Richmond and Kingston and Heathrow
Airport. Catford is in South-East London.
|David Neller||Sarah Sellwood|
Many thanks for your edits which I have accepted.
I located the three Sellwood graves in 2003 - long before I started with Find A Grave, and for some reason had not linked them. Sarah, the mother, is buried an an area of common graves with no marker but James and Sarah Eliza do have a headstone which I shall try to take a photo of next time I visit the cemetery.
If you are related to this Sellwood family you can find all the information I now have for them listed on my 'Teddington Families' tree on Ancestry.com.
Regards and thanks,
|Susan M S||William Wickham - 1956|
You put in a correction for William but I don't understand it. You have put his spouse as himself?? Do you have his spouse as a grave elsewhere?
Please let me know as this does not seem right.

Unfortunately, there is no headstone for Mary Martin who died in 1844. I copied the cemetery about 30 years ago and did not have it listed. Karen Romick

Thanks for the reply,
I connected a bunch of these folks a few months back myself, but missed the infant burial.
Enjoy your evening!
