RE: Lela Padgett Photo Request
I talked to the cemetery people at Davis Greenlawn. They refuse to cooperate in any way with genealogy issues, especially won't do any lookups or provide any info on who is buried there. Unless I just stumble across Lela Padgett's headstone out of about 8,000 graves, I have no way to even know for sure if she is there. And that's only IF she has a marked grave. As I said earlier, the newspaper obituary said the funeral service was at Greenlawn but then they also had a graveside service that same day in Pearland. I bet that is where she is. You may want to call them and see if they will confirm whether she is there. I found your Broesche graves only because the Fort Bend library website has obituaries online and some of them have the plot location indicated in the additional info section of the site. Most don't, though. Launette's did but the others didn't.

RE: Lela Padgett Photo Request
I'll check at Davis Greenlawn to see if she is there. If she is at South Park, I won't be able to help you due to distance. I'll let you know what I find out.

Lela Padgett Photo Request
According to her Rosenberg newspaper obituary, the funeral service was done in Rosenberg at the Davis Greenlawn Funeral Home. However, the paper says a graveside service was done later that day at the South Park Cemetery, 1310 N Main, Pearland, TX. It looks like she is buried in Pearland. Can you confirm which cemetery she is buried in?
